S*CKMYP slurps the spectator up in a digital splinter world with the voice of Peter Verhelst and Köhn’s electronic soundscapes as guide. In a kaleidoscopic labyrinth of vibrating bodies and mutating buildings, men and women roam hopelessly around until they are consumed by a gaping void. The film is a feverish dream, the booty of a nighttime foray to little farms and allotments, in which the stolen dreams, fears and thoughts of the unsuspecting inhabitants are molten into an impressive universe of pictures and sound.
