In 2003, the artists Patrick 'Paddy' Jolley, Rebecca Trost and Inger Lise Hansen were commissioned to make a new work for Breaking Ground, the Per Cent for Art programme that was connected to the renovation of Ballymun, Ireland's largest social housing project. This resulted in an installation and a single- screen version, to be seen here: a black & white symphony of household decay.
