Le Fresnoy is a highly-regarded artistic educational institution in Tourcoing, about halfway between Rotterdam and Paris. The aim of this ‘studio’ that was founded in 1997 is to create the conditions necessary for young people to make work using technically advanced equipment under the guidance of well-known directors (such as Michael Snow, Tsai Ming-liang and Raul Ruiz). This year, we have made an extremely varied selection from the annual production. See also: www.le-fresnoy.tm.fr
