A lonely, sombre and insignificant man discovers a special cupboard in the apartment he has just rented. Behind the heavy wooden doors, there is a complete garden. The discovery gives new meaning to his life, until other inhabitants of this paradise turn up and give the story a gruesome turn with Roald Dahl overtones.
