A series of five short documentaries about the present situation in the Palestinian territories, commissioned by the Al Quds University. The directors come from Ramallah, Jeruzalem, Gaza, Um Al Fahm and Nazareth. Ismael Habash tells the story of a family whose members find themselves on the firing line when at last they move into their new house. Nada Yaser visited a Bedouin village in Galilee. Tawfiq Abu Wael went looking for the reason for the absence of the fourteenth name on the memorial stone for an attack. Abdel Salem Shehadeh visits a peasant family. The Israeli authorities cut down the trees on their land to prevent Palestinian soldiers hiding behind them. The last contribution, by Najwa Qurt, is filmed in the Qalandia refugee camp, close to the checkpoint on the road to Ramallah.
