As a metaphor for the Israeli-Palestinian ‘peace process’, Tawfik Abu Wael tells the short fictional story of a male prostitute. Routine carnal activity, money is paid, a glance to inspect the wares. Not interested in the other, but only in satisfying one’s own needs, this video is just as much about politics as about sex.
