The maker was inspired by the meaning of the word Heimat (homeland), that has the same Indo-German root as the word Heirat (marriage). Grammer’s videofilm makes a 360-degree pan through a forest and uses a variety of anagrammic variations on the title. Peter Grammer trained as a designer and has made films and videos since 1996..
