Project developer Soho Eckstein and Felix Teitlebaum, whose fear flooded the whole house, fight for the hearts and mines of Johannesburg and for the love of Mrs Eckstein. There is a procession of the penniless and Soho gives food to the poor. Felix gives Mrs Eckstein a gift of love. Soho and Felix wrestle in mud pits.
