Mahshid Mahboubifar
Mahshid MAHBOUBIFAR (Iran) is an artist and filmmaker from southern Iran whose practice moves between archival research, collage and experimental moving image. Working with found material, she deconstructs fragments of images to explore the relationship between visual memory and embodied space. She studied Expanded Cinema at the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig and is currently based in Berlin, where she continues to develop her career.
