Josephine Ahnelt
Josephine AHNELT (1987, Austria) is a filmmaker and artist based in Vienna. Working primarily with Super 8 and 16mm, she creates intimate portrait films that observe people, gestures and the subtleties of everyday life. Her work bridges experimental and documentary modes and has been screened at festivals internationally. Alongside her artistic practice, she frequently teaches and shares her filmmaking approach through lectures and workshops. Her work is featured in IFFR 2026 the Future Is NOW focus.
