Carlos Casas
Carlos CASAS (1974, Spain) studied Fine Arts, Cinema and Design in Barcelona and Vienna. In 1998, he was awarded a scholarship for Benetton’s design centre Fabrica. Afterwords, his first short, was shown at IFFR in 2001. Hunters Since the Beginning of Time (2008) marked the end of his End Trilogy. His 2019 documentary Cemetery was shown at the Tate Modern and IFFR 2020. Krakatoa was selected for IFFR 2026.
