Buseje Bailey
Buseje BAILEY (Jamaica) is a Canadian curator, multimedia artist, and filmmaker. She earned her BFA at York University in Toronto in 1981 and her MFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 1991. Solo and group exhibitions of her work have been held at McGill University and galleries throughout Toronto. Her work explores themes of the black diasporic identity and women’s history. Her short film Fear Factor (2023) was selected for IFFR 2023.
