Arsh Jain

Arsh JAIN (2000, India) is a filmmaker and theatre practitioner based in Delhi. He began his artistic journey in 2019 as an actor, performing in stage productions before moving into directing. He co-directed a stage adaptation of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Notes from the Underground, which toured across India and received multiple accolades. In 2024, he wrote and directed his first short film 2BHK, which screened in independent film clubs and festivals across India. Jain continues to pursue filmmaking, telling stories rooted in the worlds he knows intimately. His second film, Master Bantoo (2025), will have its world premiere at IFFR 2026.
