Ana Tapia Rousiouk

Ana TAPIA ROUSIOUK (1993) is a composer, editor, sound designer and director of Ecuadorian and Ukrainian origin. She has made independent work exploring sound and listening. In 2014, she directed her first documentary film, Les pratiquants, an exploration of meaning in the ritual aspects of playing a musical instrument, as seen through the students at the Vincent-d’Indy music academy. She co-directed her debut feature film, Le rêve et la radio/The Dream and the Radio (2022), with Renaud Després-Larose, part of IFFR’s 2022 Tiger Competition.
