Wei Shujun

Wei SHUJUN (1991, China) is a director and screenwriter who graduated from the Communication University of China. He is the only post-90s director to have been selected three times for the Cannes Film Festival, with the films Only the River Flows (2023), Ye Ma Fen Zong (2020) and On the Border (2018). His films have been selected for numerous film festivals, such as Cannes Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Busan Film Festival and Tokyo Film Festival, among others.
