Ruben Nuño Lepe

Ruben NUÑO LEPE (Mexico) was born in Cocula Jalisco, Mexico. He grew up with a camera in his hands and, naturally, learned to edit. Since then, he has never stopped using images and sound in his imagination. At 18, he started studying film at the Department of Image and Sound at the University of Guadalajara. Reasons why I am unhappy and do nothing about it (2025) is his thesis, in which he tries to find answers or at least a point of view on the matter. The work will be part of the Focus: Hold Video in Your Hands.
