Mehdi M. Barsaoui

Mehdi M. BARSAOUI (1984, Tunisia) graduated from the Higher Institute of Multimedia Arts of Tunis and also holds a degree in film directing from DAMS in Bologna. He has directed three short films: Sideways (2010), Bobby (2013) and We’re Just Fine Like This (2016). His feature film debut, Un fils (2019), had its premiere at the Orizzonti section of the Venice International Film Festival. It won the Arab Cinema’s Horizons Award at the Cairo International Film Festival.
