Matti Harju

Matti HARJU (1978, Finland) is a filmmaker based in Helsinki. He was first educated at the Lahti Polytechnic Institute of Design in Finland, and subsequently attended the National Film and Television School in the UK. He has made several short films that have screened at IFFR, as well as at Locarno Film Festival and Clermont-Ferrand. Natura (2022), selected for IFFR 2023, is his feature-length debut.
