Karabo Lediga

Karabo LEDIGA is a writer and director for television and film. Her short film What Did You Dream? premiered in competition at Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, it was also in competition at The Palm Springs International Short Film Festival and it went on to win Best African Short at the Durban International Film Festival (2021). Karabo’s directorial work also includes two seasons of the sketch comedy show The Bantu Hour, situational comedy The Mayor and most recently the teen spy drama, Classified, for Amazon Freevee (Diprente/Skybound/Sony). She is an alumnus of Berlinale Talents, Less Is More (Le Groupe Ouest) and Toronto International Film Festival Writers’ Studio.
