John Croezen

John CROEZEN is an independent filmmaker and producer from Groningen, Netherlands. He studied at the Minerva Academy before beginning his career as a freelance creative for advertising agencies. Croezen began drawing comic strips with a friend, contributing to student, educational and government publications. His main focus has been animation, producing work for commercials, children’s programs, as well as picture book adaptations. He has also collaborated with comedian Herman Finkers on the animated films Kroamschudd’n in Mariaparochie (1988) and MacBeth (1990).
