Jiang Jia-chen

JIANG Jia-chen (1984, China) is a director, screenwriter and editor at Beijing Qiyin Culture Media, as well as a teacher at the School of Media and Animation at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. He has rich experience as a director and producer for film and television projects. In 2016 he was selected as one of the top 15 in the CFDG China Young Directors Support Program. For his 2018 film Looking for Lucky he received nominations at several international film festivals including a nomination for Best Screenplay for the Asian New Talent Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival. His film No Problem (2022) was nominated for the main competition at the 37th Warsaw International Film Festival.
