Jean-Sébastien Hamel
Jean-Sébastien HAMEL (Canada) is a writer and director based in Montreal. He first started his career as an editor and is now working as a duo along with Alexandra Myotte. The two of them have created a series of dark, animated short films with unique narrative and imagery and which have been featured at many international festivals. Their film No Title (2021) was nominated for Best Animated Short Film at the 2022 IRIS Awards and acquired numerous awards, including Best Canadian Short Film at EIFF 2021.
