Guido Hendrikx
Guido HENDRIKX (1987, Netherlands) studied Liberal Arts & Sciences at Utrecht University and was educated in documentary directing at the Netherlands Film Academy. In his graduation year he made the short film Among Us, which had its world premiere at IFFR 2015. IDFA chose his feature documentary Stranger in Paradise, reflecting on the power relations between Europe and refugees, as its opening film in 2017. In addition to being a documentary maker, Hendrikx works as editor-in-chief and scout for short documentaries at De Correspondent.
