Gábor Reisz
Filmmaker Gábor REISZ (1980, Hungary) studied at the ELTE Film History and Theory as well as Film Directing at the University of Theatre and Film Arts. For Some Inexplicable Reason (2014) was his feature film debut and premiered at Karlovy Vary IFF. His second feature film Bad Poems (2018) was developed during his stay at the Cannes Film Festival’s Residence programme and won 16 awards. Explanation for Everything (2023) was selected for IFFR 2024.
