Félix Blume
Félix BLUME (1984, France) is a sound artist/engineer who works and lives between Mexico, Brazil and France. In his work, usually based on field recordings, he uses sound as a basic material. Audio and visual aspects are closely intertwined in his sound pieces, videos and installations. His sound pieces have been broadcast on radio stations all over the world and his short film Curupira, creature of the woods (2018) won a soundscape award. Blume has participated at international festivals and exhibitions that include LOOP Barcelona, Fonoteca Nacional Mexico, Thailand Biennale and Berlinale.
