Duarte Coimbra

Duarte COIMBRA (1996, Portugal), holds a degree in Film Directing from Lisbon Theatre and Film School. So far, he has participated in cinematic projects as a script supervisor and assistant director on films by Maria Inês Gonçalves, Frederico Mesquita, Mónica Lima, Filipa Reis, João Miller Guerra, David Pinheiro Vicente. Amor, Avenidas Novas (2018) was his directorial debut and premiered at Cannes Critics’ Week. O filme feliz 🙂 (2023) is part of the IFFR 2024 Short & Mid-length programme.
