Aritz Moreno

Filmmaker and editor Aritz MORENO (1980, Spain) was included in the list of the top ten emerging talents in Spanish cinema, published in the special edition of the centennial magazine Variety during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. His short films have received multiple awards including the Silver Méliès for Best European Fantastic Short Film, the Grand Jury Prize at the Short Short Film Festival in New York and the Best Filminute 2011 award. Advantages of travelling by train (2019) was his debut feature film. Moscas (2023) is his third feature-length film and has been selected for IFFR 2024.
