Anahid Yahjian
Anahid YAHJIAN (Bulgaria, 1989) is an Armenian-American writer, director and producer of experimental, documentary and narrative cinema. Her work explores history, memory, power and the surreal. In Armenia, she made the award-winning short 140 Drams, the feature documentary Spiral, and documentary LEVON. In LA, she directed Corpus Callosum, sci-fi short Transmission and docu-memoir Hishé. Her latest, Domestic Demon (2025), is Gulbenkian-supported. She also directs branded content and music videos, and has worked with AMC, Amazon, A24 and Netflix.
