Alexandra Majova

Alexandra MAJOVA (1986, Czech) is a Czech director, animator and illustrator. She studied Animation Film at FAMI and her student films have won many awards in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The Washing Machine (2020) has travelled internationally and is part of the official IFFR 2024 selection. Currently, Majova is focusing on illustrating children’s books and together with her husband Martin MAJ, making animations in their Májovi Studio.
