Adrian Paci

Adrian PACI (1969, Albania) studied painting at the Academy of Art of Tirana. In 1997, he moved to Milan, where he lives and works. Throughout his career, he has held numerous solo shows in various international institutions such as Cukrarna Gallery, Ljubljana; Museum of Arts, Haifa; Chiostri di Sant’Eustorgio, Milan; Museo Novecento, Florence; MAC – Musée d’Art Contemporain de Montréal; Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea, Milan; Jeu de Paume, Paris; MoMA PS1, New York and Contemporary Arts Museum, Houston. Among various group shows, Adrian Paci’s work has also been featured in the 48th and the 51st editions of the International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, in the 15th Biennale of Sydney and in the 15th Quadriennale di Roma, where he won first prize (2008). Adrian Paci teaches painting at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti NABA, Milan. He has taught art classes at Accademia Carrara di Belle Arti Bergamo from 2002 to 2006, IUAV Venice from 2003 to 2015 and EPFL Lausanne from 2020 to 2021.
