Émilie Pigeard
Emilie PIGEARD (1990, France) is an animation filmmaker and director. Working primarily with short-form animation, her films combine humour, intimacy and social observation, often addressing relationships, sexuality, and everyday experience through a distinctive visual style. Her work has been recognised internationally, including honours from the César Awards and the European Film Awards for animated short film. Pigeard’s practice centres on collaborative animation processes and character-driven storytelling.
