On Friday 6 January, OPEN Rotterdam and IFFR present the Rotterdam Film Talk at Studio 8 in de Doelen. We take stock of what is happening within Rotterdam’s film sector and look ahead to the future. Together with filmmakers and other industry professionals, we reflect on what is working well, where the challenges lie, and what is needed to help Rotterdam continue to grow as a film city. Rotterdam is a city that dares to experiment, nurtures talent and claims its own film identity: a strong, independent film city with a distinctive and recognisable voice.
