New Year’s Eve, 2019. Rotterdam is rocked by the death of Feis, a rapper who represented his neighbourhood with raw, honest music. Feis Forever is a testament to his talent, his life and the future that should have followed.
On New Year’s Eve, Feis proudly films the fireworks from his new flat overlooking Rotterdam. Later, he goes out and ends up in a bar with his friends, then an argument breaks out. When everyone is sent outside, Feis becomes a victim of gun violence.
In Feis Forever, Feis’ friends look back on his life, career and the event that robbed him of his life. Feis has not been forgotten after his tragic death, quite the contrary. The documentary shows that Feis’ presence is proudly felt in the city he, and his friends, put on the map. Through the power of hip-hop, he made a lasting impression on a large, diverse group of people.
