Tailored for both emerging talents and seasoned professionals, this panel will take into account the intricacies of sustaining the balance between personal well-being and economic viability in the creative sector.

Addressing issues of diversity of practice and engagement, taking a multi-faceted approach to business and creative endeavours, balancing different career paths, is the “path not often taken” the one to consider? The risks and rewards of forging multiple professional identities, to become a multi-hyphenate.

The panel will consist of:
– Zsuszi Bankuti, film industry all-arounder (Locarno Open Doors, Cutting Edge Talent Camp) and champion of emerging talents
– Madeleine Hunt-Ehrlich, visual artist and filmmaker, The Ballad of Suzanne Césaire
– Mehelli Modi, distributor and champion of important unreleased contemporary and classic films (Second Run), former career in the music industry.
– Tambay Obenson, writer, critic, programmer, curator and CEO of Akoroko
