Onfim is a tragic love story inspired by a medieval tale: two friends, a river and a bouquet of flowers are the protagonists. More than that, Onfim is a meditation about an invisible history, one that is not taught in schools but that inhabits our collective imagination. With a few primitive sketches and delicate music, Damien Tran invites us to look at creativity and childhood as universal human bonds transcending time and space.
