RioJim (aka Etienne Caire) deftly manipulates the optics, speed, rhythm of his 16mm projectors, while Lionel Palun captures and reworks the deterioration of celluloid live through video feedback, delay, stretching effects, etc. The result is a feast of lights where film and video images blend in a dance of both pixel and frame.
