Every day at IFFR White Nights, he will cook in the tent village in the Museumpark. Boasting an extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern flavours and a passion for his trade, he will prepare snacks and drinks that taste familiar or unfamiliar.
Today, IFFR White Nights’ chef, who from the age of 13 worked all over the world in the kitchens of professional restaurants, shares his experiences. At 15:00, he will give film and food lovers a culinary tour of the Middle East.
