It Is Never Too Late to Say Sorry
A stainless steel megaphone stands in a granite-based display case on the Coolsingel next to Rotterdam’s city hall. Every day, at midday, Wim Konings ritually opens it up and using the megaphone exclaims: ‘It Is Never Too Late to Say Sorry’. A suitable ode to this artwork dreamt up by the artists Elmgreen & Dragset.
