The filmmaker was inspired by Dutch attitudes towards euthanasia and the relevant legislation in the Netherlands. Nilthamrong attended the Rijksacademie from 2007-2008 and not only came into contact with the Dutch art world, but also with social and political attitudes very different from those in Thailand. The sole lead in this minimal film is a 200-year-old woman who longs for an end to her eternal life.
