City Symphony avant-garde filmmaker Pip Chodorov always has his Super-8 and 16mm cameras with him. The images he shot over the past few years in New York constitute the basis for this small urban symphony. Soundtrack by another New Yorker now residing in Europe: minimalist composer Charlemagne Palestine.
