Moments of Considered Time

An ode to courtship. Couples photographed on the banks of the River Nile in Cairo inspired the artist Arthur Kleinjan to make a controlled docu-fiction, first in the form of a book and now as a film, about love in public. Distance and intimacy go hand in hand. The photographs lead naturally to reflections on image and recognition.
