Film (Hôtel Wolfers)
Samuel Beckett’s mythic Film (1965), featuring Buster Keaton in his last role, is a film made to end all films, to very pertinently point out the monstrosity of the equation public-camera-character. Film (Hôtel Wolfers)is shot in the building Hôtel Wolfers, in Brussels, designed by Henry Van de Velde. The text is basically a reflection on the film by Beckett, almost a transcription.
