On week days, one of Tel Aviv’s abandoned shopping malls is home to hundreds of Palestinians, illegal workers in Israel. They live here underground, among the foundations, without light, air or water. In the suffocating stench, their personal belongings are spread out over the floor – trying to maintain some human dignity.
