Marcello Zappatore (alter ego of the maker), a heavy metal guitarist, is chosen by God to bear the signs of his suffering, the stigmata. This event will dramatically disrupt the balance in Marcello’s life. He will experience total loneliness but reconciles himself to the fate that God has in store for him.
