A condensed epic drama of two subjects: Moscow in the 1990s and an American addicted to the sight of money. A biting satire and a parody of the Russian mob, US Foreign Aid and even more. What begins as an ordinary story turns out to be an adventure full of chase scenes through downtown Moscow, with a quite unusual protagonist.
