The Alien Invasion

A catchy genre parody on the phenomenon of big-budget action film. And maybe even more of a parody on computer games than of science-fiction films. The spectacular invasion of an alien, aggressive and technically superior army takes place above a university in Singapore. The complete university population was taken on as extras and the special effects came from consumer computers. Low-budget acquired a new meaning. (GjZ)
