On seeing this small and hip documentary, you couldn't possibly suspect that Singapore has very strict censorship. Or could you? The film documents the making of a performance film with the local pop star X'Ho. The film is set in a tattoo parlor where the star decides he still has some space on his penis. The censor demanded a re-cut, which the film maker refused, after which the film was banned.
