This feature début is loosely based on the ‘Venlo Gang’, that sowed panic in the 1990s with random, violent murders. It’s the story of the fatal friendship between the naive schoolboy Stan and his criminal friend Maikel, who together embark on the road from bad to worse. This raw, sultry thriller won three Golden Calves.
