A cinematographic stroll through the New York district of East Village. Sandler allows homeless people to speak out. A surprising number of them are war veterans. These tramps probably are not all humorous, nor do they all makes sense, but the film maker made a good selection. Some know exactly why America goes to war, others advertise condoms with the stars and stripes on them.
