Chess Boxing

Chess Boxing combines chess and boxing, which demands the most of its competitors -both mentally and physically. 'Fighting is done in the ring and wars are waged on the board'. The contest starts with a round of chess, followed by a boxing round, followed by another round of chess and so on. In springtime 2004 the first Chess Boxing gym will be opened in Prenzlauerberg (Berlin).
